Does this hold true for computerization projects :?

7/Sound investing = quality + value.Did this hold true for Collins project?
1 is correct


2 is necessarily so and therefore it's meaningless


3 is empty rhetoric


4 is bullshit because you don't PREDICT the past, you predict the FUTURE. HeLLLOOOO!


5 is for PUSSlES! risk before returns??? Get real. Here's one. ';Safety is our goal. That's why we always sleep in a bed with a lid on it.';


6 is complete fatuous nonsense. Go peddle your french somewhere else
