Is the movie Blair Witch Project true? i don't think so?

if it was true, how come the the camera servived from the ';horrible witch'; how come she did not distroy it? did she siply agnored it?Is the movie Blair Witch Project true? i don't think so?
No Blair Witch isn't true. The way it was marketed had everyone thinking it was. And that was the whole point. The gimick.

Its all fiction though. Look up the actors. You'll see they've been in other films sicne then hehe. I remember when the movie came out. I was young. I thought it was real...then I saw Heather on Jay Leno lolIs the movie Blair Witch Project true? i don't think so?
the camera was dipped in a kryptonium encasement, which coincidentaly helps protect it from witch attacks. The witch, being dead for hundreds of years, probably looked at the camera and assumed it to be a miniature spaceship, packed with little pissed off extraterrestrials. They were pissed because of all the false advertisment that this was a real movie...
No Def. not true
No, It was just a big scam. A lot of people thought it was a true story untill the people who were in it started showing up on shows like the Tonight Show alive and well.
Yes and no. The story of the witch and the legends surrounding the area were true. But the story about the kids going out in the woods to shoot a documentary was made up for the public.
The producers of the film had long stated that it was NOT based on a true story.

If you took it to another point of view it can be explained that the Witch did not know any better and if she knew that there would have been all this attention that footage would have never been found.
No. its not true, but it was rather brilliant marketing strategy letting people think it was a true story.
no....just a few people making a movie
