Is it true that the HAARP project in Alaska can cause earthquakes?

Short answer is ';Highly Unlikely';

There are many people who have differing opinions on HAARP. However, I can tell you that if they were running a top secret facility to cause earthquakes (That facility would be EXTREMELY) well fortified and guarded.

HAARP is not fortified in that manner. It has a simple gate to check in. It is most likely all electronic keycards. If it was ominous they would have a SpecOP aiming at you.

I live near HAARP. I think things could go awry in an accident. But cause earthquakes? I would have to feel the shake to believe it.

No. I haven't the slightest idea what HAARP is, but no manmade project (which I assume this is) can have anything to do with earthquakes.
