If we wouldn't have entered WWII then FDR would have lost a lot of popularity because the Great Depression would have gone longer, and he wouldn't have been elected as many times as he was...

I think the japanese removed any choices or ideas he may have had on whether to or not.
The military industrial alliance did restore the economy so there may be some truth to it .
Untrue. The Depression was over, basically before WWII started. He had been elected to his third term before the war started for us. He was elected to his third term in 1940, and his fourth term in 1944, but died in 1945 prior to the end of WWII. Truman then took over and was in office at the end of the war.
After his death, the term limits clause was voted in so presidents are now limited to two terms in office.
You can argue the position both ways. It's how you present the evidence that will or won't support your position
WWI did help end the Great Depression. However, the nation was working it's way out of the economic slump and FDR was getting the credit.
FDR's 3rd term was the first for any President. Arguably, his election was possible as we were in WWII and people preferred to stay with the President they knew.
We had to enter WW2 .. after Pearl Harbor was attacked . If we hadn't entered the war . We might be speaking Garman right now . By the time we entered the war , our country was recovering from the depression .. partly by supplying arms to those who would end up being our allies.
